I was going to wait a week before writing a review, but I am so smitten with our robot Grace, I have decided to review after a few days. We had it installed by Ben , a Dyson engineer. Well worth it as he placed it in the best position and advised on use and set up. We live in an old farmhouse with slate floors. There was some concern that Grace would not cope with a slightly uneven (worn) floor. Absolutely not. I cannot believe how clean our floor is, it now even has a shine on it. She also coped in my office on an old carpet that's very worn in the middle and working her way round into all the corners. Ben's advice, don't interfere. She has got stuck once and a slight nudge sorted that one. She returns to her docking station to recharge and then completes the job. I takes 45 minutes then a charge and further 10 minutes. Also coped with black rug on beige carpet. I can't fault it, even the small bin is ok. Thank you Dyson.
