Carbon fibre filaments.

The brush bars of most vacuum cleaners only have nylon bristles. These work well on carpets but are not as effective on hard floors where fine dust can be left behind.

The DC44 brush bar has both stiff nylon bristles and anti-static carbon fibre filaments. On carpets, the nylon bristles remove ground-in dirt. And on hard floors the carbon fibre filaments remove fine dust.

Double the power

DC44 has a motorised brush bar and twice the cleaner head power of DC35. This drives the bristles deeper into the carpet with more force, agitating the carpet pile to dislodge dirt and dust.

Mini motorised tool with increased power

DC44 Animal comes with a Mini motorised tool with increased power for tough tasks. It removes pet hair and dirt from upholstery and awkward spaces.

Increased run time

DC44 has a fade-free nickel manganese cobalt battery with a 20 minute run time. While other cordless vacuums may claim to have longer run time, many struggle with cleaning tasks – losing power and suction as soon as you start using them.
