Vacuum cleaner deliveries
The cost of your vacuum cleaner includes UK mainland delivery with Citylink.
On acceptance of your order, we aim to deliver the product(s) within 3–5 working days, subject to availability. Please note that there are a small number of postcodes, usually in remote rural areas, where we may not be able to deliver within this timescale.
If no-one is in when Citylink call, they will leave a card saying that they have tried to deliver your machine. You must then follow the instructions on the card. Dyson may not pay the cost of a redelivery.
If you have requested that we recycle your old vacuum cleaner, we will contact you by phone to discuss this. Please be aware that this may cause a delay in the despatch of your order.
Please note, due to size restrictions we are unable to deliver to BFPO addresses.
Accessories and spares deliveries
Orders will be delivered by post and we aim to have the goods delivered to you within 3 - 5 days of the acceptance of your order, subject to availability of stock.
All web orders under £25 will incur a £2 postage and handling charge.
