Information about the delivery of your order

Where can I find my Order Number? Which postcode do I need to enter?

The order number will be on the email confirmation.

The postal code is the delivery address postal code for your order.

Why haven't I received an order update?

Order updates will be provided by Dyson via email. You may also receive emails from the courier delivering the order.

You can also track your order via the Tracking Page by clicking here and entering your Order Number and Delivery Postal Code.

How do I cancel or return my order?

Vacuum cleaners, fans/purifiers/heating, hair care and lighting products:

If you have changed your mind about an order, you can cancel the order within 35 days of receiving your machine(s) or 14 days (for purifiers, fans and heaters and cosmetic productst for a full refund. To cancel your order:

If your product is defective and needs to be returned, call us on 0800-298-0298, or via other means by clicking here.

When will I receive the spare parts or attachments I ordered?

Delivery times are included within 3 working days (excluding public holidays).

Note that order delivery times are indicative. External factors such as adverse weather conditions or promotional offer periods may delay deliveries.
