On orders placed before 8pm seven days a week. (Location restrictions apply, please click here for details). Where products are available for immediate dispatch. Orders place after 8pm will be delivered within 2 days. Orders placed on Thursday and/or Friday (except scheduled weekend delivery) will be delivered on Monday.

We’ll deliver your machine to a pick-up location of your choice.

Spares, tools and accessories

Please note that spares, tools and accessories are dispatched separately and will be delivered within 3-5 days.

This is charged at £3 for orders under £35, or free for orders over £35.

Dyson machines are engineered for continual high performance in normal domestic settings. If a Dyson machine is used in the way it's intended and it breaks down within the guarantee period, it's our responsibility to repair or replace it.

Parts
Includes batteries and select parts for the same length of time as your machine.

Repair
Our technology is built to last. But if something goes wrong, we'll arrange to collect your machine from you free of charge.

Replace
All of our repairs use genuine Dyson parts. If we can’t repair your machine, we’ll replace it for you.

Transfer
If you want to upgrade your vacuum, you can transfer your existing machine and guarantee to someone else.
