Trade-in Promotion: Receive £100 credit for trading in your current Dyson Beauty machine when towards your purchase of a new Dyson Airwrap Co-anda2x™ (hereinafter referred to as “Promotion”) 

Promotion Terms & Conditions: 

The following terms and conditions apply. 

Description: Customers who purchase the Dyson Airwrap Co-anda2x™ in Dyson Demo Store (Oxford Street, Bluewater Kent and Manchester Trafford Centre Dyson Demo Stores only) will be able to opt in to trade in their old Dyson hair care device (All Dyson hairdryer, hair stylers and straighteners) and get a £100 credit towards their purchase. These Terms and Conditions govern the eligibility criteria to participate in the Promotion and the terms of the trade-in transaction whereby the customer trades in their old machine and transfers ownership of this machine to Dyson.

Promotional Period: Until 18:00 BST 21 September 2025 in Dyson Demo Stores only.

Products eligible for trade-in:

To get the £100 credit towards the purchase of a Dyson Airwrap  Co-anda 2x ™, participating Dyson owners must trade in any of the Dyson hair care device (‘Old Machine’) in any condition: 

• Dyson Airwrap™ multi-styler and dryer
• Dyson Supersonic™ hair dryer
• Dyson Supersonic Nural™ hair dryer
• Dyson Airstrait™ straightener
• Dyson Corrale™ straightener

Eligibility: The promotion is open for Dyson owners with a delivery address in the United Kingdom who own and choose to trade in a Dyson Beauty machine (a hairdryer, hairstyle or hair straightener as specified above) and want to purchase a Dyson Airwrap Co-anda2x™ (‘New Product’) at the time of trade-in. By opting in to the Promotion, you acknowledge and declare that you are the rightful owner of the Old Dyson Machine and have the legal right to transfer the ownership of the Old Dyson Machine to Dyson. Participating Dyson owners can opt in for the Promotion once per each order containing at least one eligible New Product. The Promotion is only available to customers who purchase their Product within a Dyson Demo Store at the time of trade-in. 

How does it work? To benefit from the Promotion, customers will have to opt into the Trade-in Promotion when purchasing a Dyson Airwrap Co-anda2x™  within a Direct Demo Store. At the point of sale, customer will need to return their Old Dyson Machine and get the £100 credit straightaway,

If, upon inspection of the package for trade-in by the customer, Dyson identifies that this does not contain a qualifying Old Dyson Machine, Dyson may refuse to grant the £100 credit and return the Old Dyson Machine to the customer. 

Returns: Dyson owners can return the New Product purchased as part of the Promotion within 35 days under Dyson’s Terms and Conditions of Sale separate from this Promotion. The return of the New Product is subject to Dyson’s Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The Trade In Promotion is a separate stand-alone contract from the purchase of the New Product whereby the customer transfers ownership of the Old Dyson Machine to Dyson. The trade-in of the Old Dyson Machine is final, irrevocable, and is not subject to any rights available to the customer, including cancellation rights and Dyson’s return policy, that may be available to the customer under any other contract with Dyson or purchases made from Dyson. Old Machine is final. Old Machines cannot be returned to the customer once accepted by Dyson after the inspection and credit is awarded.

Exclusion: Purchases of products other than Dyson Airwrap Co-anda2x™ or for purchase in sales channels other than Dyson Demo Stores do not qualify for the Promotion. Retailers, resellers, distributors, their employees and relatives, as well as Dyson employees and their relatives are all excluded from participating in this Promotion. Retailers and distributors are also not eligible to participate on behalf of their customers. An individual Dyson owner may participate in the promotion multiple times but can only trade in one Old Dyson Machine per each order containing at least one eligible Product.

Reservation: Dyson reserves all rights in relation to misuse of this Promotion by you. Dyson takes no responsibility for incomplete or missing documents including but not limited to proof of purchase. 

Confirmation: The Trade In Promotion is a separate agreement to the purchase of the New Product and is governed by these Terms and Conditions. The purchase of the New Product is separately governed by Dyson’s Terms and Conditions of Sale.

By participating in this Promotion, you agree to and confirm that you meet the Terms and Conditions set out above.
