Whether you wish to return a product under Dyson’s return policy, or to cancel your purchase by exercising your legal right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days, you can start the process using the button below.
Once you enter your details, we will provide you with a return label.
Please note that under Dyson’s return policy, you have 35 days to return a machine (only including floorcare, hair care and lighting), following receipt of your product.
Oral care products sold with a hygiene seal can only be returned if the hygiene seal remains unbroken. Check the product page of your device for details.
For purifiers, fans, heaters, you have 14 days from delivery , following receipt of your product.
For cosmetics, cleaning solutions and oral care formulations returns, you have 14 days from delivery, as long as they’re unopened.
