Frequently asked questions
Electrostatic media has a significantly lower resistance than traditional medias, which means you don’t need to use as much filter material, so they are lighter and more energy efficient. This is achieved by using a more open or porous media, one that uses electrostatic charge to enhance the single-pass efficiency, without clogging. By charging the electrostatic filter, particulates are pulled towards the media threads and stick to them like magnets.

- 2 Electrostatic filter life tested to GB/T 18801-2022 to a 50% decline in CADR, based on 12 hours use per day. Filter life varies according to pollution levels.
