Dyson machines are engineered for continual high performance in normal domestic settings. If a Dyson machine is used in the way it's intended and it breaks down within the guarantee period, it's our responsibility to repair or replace it.

Parts
Includes batteries and select parts for the same length of time as your machine.

Repair
Our technology is built to last. But if something goes wrong, we'll arrange to collect your machine from you free of charge.

Replace
All of our repairs use genuine Dyson parts. If we can’t repair your machine, we’ll replace it for you.

Transfer
If you want to upgrade your vacuum, you can transfer your existing machine and guarantee to someone else.

Oral Care​

We offer a 35-day returns policy for sealed products.​​

• Products may only be returned if the hygiene seal remains intact.​​

• The hygiene seal is considered intact where the product box has not been opened and at least one tamper seal remains unbroken.​​

• Once the hygiene seal has been broken, the product is no longer eligible for return due to hygiene considerations.​​

Toothpaste and mouth rinse​

We offer a 14-day returns policy on our oral care formulations:​

• Only unopened products can be returned.​

• The return shipment costs will be at your expense. These will be deducted from your refund.

We offer a 35-day returns policy, in case you change your mind (on floorcare, hair care and lighting). You may cancel up to 35 days after receiving your machine. Please click here to use our self service return portal.  
Please note we offer a 14-day returns policy, in case you change your mind (on purifiers, fans, heaters, cosmetic products and cleaning solutions). You may cancel up to 14 days after receiving your machine.

2-year or 5-year guarantee.

We don't stop caring about our machines once they're yours. We offer a guarantee on parts and labour.

5-year guarantee on:

• Upright and cylinder vacuums.

2-year guarantee on:

• Cordless vacuums;
• Hair dryers;
• Purifiers, fans and heaters.

On orders placed before 9pm seven days a week. (Location restrictions apply, please click here for details). Where products are available for immediate dispatch. Orders placed after 9pm will be delivered within 2 days.

Spares, tools and accessories

Please note that spares, tools and accessories are dispatched separately and will be delivered within 5-7 days.

This is charged at £3 for orders under £35, or free for orders over £35.
