Quick routine upkeep
After each use, we recommend that you empty your machine’s debris tray and dirty water tank. You can do this by removing the waste system at the cleaner head, using the red lever. Emptying takes just 20 seconds.

Run the self-clean cycle
With the clean water tank refilled, return the machine to your Dok™ and press MAX. The four-minute cycle flushes and refreshes the system.

The service includes labour and spare parts where required (excluding additional accessories and filters), which are guaranteed for 24 months or until service support ends for your machine – whichever is soonest.
