Can I return my Certified Dyson Refurbished machine?

Yes, we offer a 35-day returns policy, in case you change your mind (on vacuums, hair care and lighting), whether they’re refurbished or new. You may cancel up to 35 days after receiving your machine. Contact us on 0800 298 0298 to cancel.

Please note we offer a 14-day returns policy, in case you change your mind (on purifiers, fans, heaters, cosmetic products and cleaning solutions), whether they’re refurbished or new. You may cancel up to 14 days after receiving your machine.
