What is a Certified Dyson Refurbished machine?

These are certified refurbished machines that have been previously sold by Dyson and returned.

How are Dyson machines refurbished?

Each machine is hygienically deep cleaned, tested, and inspected to meet the Dyson quality standard. Genuine Dyson parts are used where replacements are needed.

Can I return my Certified Dyson Refurbished machine?

Yes, we offer a 35-day returns policy, in case you change your mind (on vacuums, hair care and lighting), whether they’re refurbished or new. You may cancel up to 35 days after receiving your machine. Contact us on 0800 298 0298 to cancel.  

Please note we offer a 14-day returns policy, in case you change your mind (on purifiers, fans, heaters, cosmetic products and cleaning solutions), whether they’re refurbished or new. You may cancel up to 14 days after receiving your machine.

Do Certified Dyson Refurbished machines come with a guarantee?

Yes, all refurbished machines (Excellent and Good condition) are covered by a Dyson guarantee – for one year. Please check the machine page for complete information on the guarantee.
