Dyson machines are engineered for continual high performance in normal domestic settings. If a Dyson machine is used in the way it's intended and it breaks down within the guarantee period, it's our responsibility to repair or replace it.

Parts
Includes batteries and select parts for the same length of time as your machine.

Repair
Our technology is built to last. But if something goes wrong, we'll arrange to collect your machine from you free of charge.

Replace
All of our repairs use genuine Dyson parts. If we can’t repair your machine, we’ll replace it for you.

Transfer
If you want to upgrade your vacuum, you can transfer your existing machine and guarantee to someone else.

If within 7 days of purchase, you find the same model advertised at a lower price by Argos, Currys or John Lewis in the UK, we’ll refund the difference.

• Proof of advertised price by a qualifying UK retailer is required.
• Qualifying retailers are: John Lewis, Currys and Argos.
• Promise does not apply if your purchase is part of a bundle or collection that can also be purchased individually at full price.
• Refunds will be processed by our Customer Service team within 5 working days.

Product advertised must be new and in its original packaging. Promise does not apply if the product is reconditioned, refurbished, used, damaged, returned, open box or a demonstrator product…

On orders placed before 9pm seven days a week. (Location restrictions apply, please click here for details). Where products are available for immediate dispatch. Orders placed after 9pm will be delivered within 2 days.

We’ll deliver your machine to a pick-up location of your choice.

Spares, tools and accessories

Please note that spares, tools and accessories are dispatched separately and will be delivered within 10 days.

This is charged at £3 for orders under £35, or free for orders over £35.

Any machine purchases made online on Dyson.co.uk or in store at a Dyson Demo Store or mall Demo Zone between 19 October and 24 December 2023 can be returned up until 31 January 2024. If you purchased any additional accessories bespoke to your model together with your machine, you may also return these together with the machine and get a refund. For purchases made from 25 December 2023 onwards, our normal returns policy will apply. This extended returns policy does not apply to individual accessories and spare parts sold separately and not purchased together with a machine, for which our standard 35-day returns policy applies. If you are returning a machine purchase that included bundled or complimentary accessories, these must also be returned at the same time to qualify for the refund. For purchases of any Dyson products from third party retailers the seller’s returns policy applies

To return a Dyson.co.uk purchase for a full refund, you need to return the machine between 19/10/23 and 31/01/24. For purchases made at a Dyson Demo Store or Demo Zone, a return must be made within the same time frame. If you are shipping your return, you must hand it to the carrier on 31/01/24 at the latest to qualify for this promotion. Dyson will pay for return shipping.

The Dyson outlet's refurbished machines are final sale and are not eligible for returns. They are only eligible for  warranty service. If your machine arrived damaged or you have received the wrong product, please contact us.

Intentional cosmetic decoration or modification that may impact a product’s resale, refurbishment, restoration or usability will void the terms of your product’s warranty and the Dyson return policy.
