At Dyson, we’re committed to keeping you supported with the technology you rely on. At select stores and Service Centres, our teams complete many repairs immediately. Occasionally, machines need more time for repairs or servicing, and that’s where our loan machine programme comes in.
Experience an upgrade – and make it yours
If your Dyson machine can’t be repaired within three days at one of our Service Centres or select stores, where available, we’ll loan you a Dyson machine to use while yours is being repaired. It’s your opportunity to retain the Dyson performance you rely on.
Loan models are subject to availability. And if you love the loan machine, you can explore our trade‑up programme to own the latest technology.
We know life doesn’t stop when your machine does. Our loan programme helps ensure you can continue cleaning, styling or purifying while your machine is being serviced.
How it works
Bring your machine to a Service Centre or select store. We’ll assess it and if the repair time exceeds three days, we’ll offer you a loan machine, which is cleaned and safety‑checked before every use.
A quick deposit and agreement secures your loan machine. When your repair is complete, return the loan machine and you'll recieve your deposit. If you prefer, you may choose to keep the loan machine through our trade-up programme, where available and applicable.
